The Course is led by HJI’s Founder and Creative Director, Nathalie Melville. An internationally acclaimed jewellery designer and goldsmith, Nathalie is also the founder of Melville Fine Jewellery.

Technical Drawing (Online) 7 sessions HK$3,850

This class covers the fundamental techniques of creating detailed and accurate drawings of various jewellery designs, starting with a solitaire ring and progressing to more complex designs such as earrings, 3D perspective rings, and cuffs.

 

Stones & Pearls Gouache Colour Rendering (Online) 7 sessions HK$3,850

This class covers the fundamental techniques of rendering precious stones in different cuts and shapes, starting with cabochon and opals and progressing to faceted stones in white, round, fancy and brilliant facets, colors, and pearls.

 

Metals and Pavé Gouache Colour Rendering (Online) 7 sessions HK$3,850

This course covers fundamental techniques of colour rendering of precious stones, metals, and different cuts and shapes of stones such as emerald and baguette cuts, pavé, and completed pieces.

 

Creative Process (Online) 4 sessions HK$2,200

This course helps you to express your style through the creative process, starting with concept mood boards, then moving on to design development and artistic rendering. Each session includes tasks to work on at home and progress check in the next session.
