Four week long courses are designed to take beginners to advanced level, or to allow those with experience to extend their skills. Each course is distinct, but builds week on week to develop techniques used by professionals. Join a thriving creative community and discover your own creative potential.

Level 4 - An introduction to Stone Setting

Melting and milling.
Shaping the stone.
Soldering and finishing.
Setting the stone.

Included: Hand tools, equipments in the class

Choose one of the below gem setting techniques:

Bezel Setting (Cabochon)
Claw Setting
Flush Setting

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Open to students who have jewellery making or gem setting experience.
Age 14 +

FEE:

HK$4,450 (1 gem setting; 4 sessions)
HK$12,680 (3 gem setting; 12 sessions)
HK$24,000 (6 gem setting; 24 sessions)
HK$35,000 (9 gem setting; 36 sessions)

Full Course is 36 sessions for all 9 types of gem setting techniques.

CLASS SCHEDULE:

All courses are on rolling schedule. Students can pick any day to start their course or combine evening and day classes.

CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING POLICY:

Hatton Jewellery Institute operates a 24 hour rebooking policy on all classes. Late cancellation or absence will result in forfeiting of class or re-booking fee.
