Having been introduced to the core principles of technical drawing the next step is to not only challenge your existing skills, but to develop the ability to use those skills in varying scenarios.

From calculating raw material costs to creating a to-scale design around a client’s heirloom gemstone, technical drawing is an essential part of your repertoire that can make your design process efficient and precise.

Skills:
Follow on (Project levels: Intermediate)

Technical drawing 1:
Creating multiple, to-scale concepts around a pre-existing gemstone for a client brief including a calculation of additional gemstones used.

Technical drawing 2:
Creating a technical drawing of a famous piece of jewellery from a single image.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

No previous experience required.
Age 14 +

FEE:

10 hours (4 sessions): HK$5,900
